Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our beauty support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original JOOCYEE packaging, ensuring the product seals are unbroken and including the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
